We process the photos, contact details, ZIP code, project descriptions, and intake answers you provide to prepare a project brief, evaluate the request, and contact you.
AI processing and contractor referrals
Uploaded content is sent securely to the OpenAI API for photo review and intake
assistance. Model requests use store:false. Photos do not create a
diagnosis or binding quote.
If our schedule is full or a request requires different availability, service coverage, licensing, or expertise, Good Home Services may share the submitted information and project brief with a qualified local contractor who may contact you about the request.
Delivery, retention, and security
Requests may be delivered through a secured routing system and/or email. Photos are processed in server memory rather than intentionally stored on this website. Contractors receiving a referred request may retain it under their own documented business and legal requirements.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Good Home Services must publish a working privacy contact before public intake is enabled.
